Refunds for Treatments and Courses
Appointments booked online require full payment at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable. Please contact me directly if you need to reschedule an appointment. If you give me 48 hours notice ahead of the appointment, I may be able to reschedule your appointment. I cannot reschedule your appointment if you don’t turn up on the day. You will need to book and make payment for a new appointment.
Courses
Courses require a non refundable deposit to be made with the remaining balance to be paid 30 days in advance of the course date. Please be aware that I cannot refund payment if you do not attend on the day.
Refunds for Jewellery Items Purchased
My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card or original method of payment, usually within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
I can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged on receipt. If you need to exchange an item, send me an email at sarahwyatthealingandgems.uk along with a photo of the defective or damaged item as received. We can then discuss how to proceed and I can tell you where to send the item if you need to return it. Please be aware for jewellery items, it is not likely I can issue a replacement as these items are usually one of a kind pieces and duplicates are not made. I may be able to repair the item and reissue it to you or arrange for you to exchange it for an alternative item.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sarah Wyatt, 91 The Street, Rockland St Mary, Norwich NR14 7JA .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item if you do not use trackable shipping.
