The workshop is ideal for anyone interested in finding out more about Reiki. Suitable for complete beginners with no prior knowledge or experience of Reiki or for those who have maybe had a Reiki treatment and want to find out more. This is a perfect precursor to my Reiki Level 1 Course and anyone attending the workshop will be entitled to a £20 discount should they wish to enrol on the Reiki Level 1 Course.

I will provide you with a laminated hand out to take away with you showing hand position for self Reiki on as well as a gemstone palm stone that you can incorporate in your self Reiki routine.

The workshop will take place in the tranquillity of my garden Reiki Room (in Rockland St Mary near Norwich in South Norfolk). Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like more information.
