I will aim to hold a morning slot on the last Thursday or Friday morning of the month as well as an evening 7-9pm slot on the last Thursday of each month, but dates may vary.

My Reiki shares include the following:

Group Reiki – receiving/giving Reiki with the other members of the group

An opportunity to discuss your Reiki journey with others

A chance to ask questions or exchange experiences with like-minded people

…and one or two of the following:

Hatsu Rei Ho (Reiki meditation)

Reiju Empowerment (energy boost)

Reiki Shower (energy cleanse)

Kenyoku (dry brushing)

Aura cleanse

Reiki Drum Journey

The cost is £14 for the 2 hour session which will include a hot or cold beverage. These will take place in my garden Reiki Room in Rockland St Mary. Street parking is available as well as limited spaces on my driveway.
