Spend 3 and a half hours in the tranquillity of my garden room making a Mala that you have designed using gemstone beads. You can take the Mala away with you at the end of the course to start using in your meditation/spiritual practice.

Perfect as a birthday treat to do with a friend(s) or relative(s) or to do together to learn a new hobby.

I provide a work station, all materials and tools.

I can take bookings for groups of a maximum of 3 people. The cost is £90 per person. Please contact me to arrange a suitable date.

A Mala is a strand of beads (traditionally 108, or a fraction thereof) used for keeping count during meditation. Malas have been used for centuries, with the earliest examples dating back to the 8th century B.C. Your Mala can be used as a tool for focusing awareness and concentration during your spiritual practice, meditation, mindfulness, Reiki, prayer or reflection. You can also wear it as a necklace, or wrapped around your wrist several times.

When used to set intentions as part of your spiritual practice, the Mala becomes infused with your personal energy. The more you use your Mala, the stronger the bond will become between you and your beads. If you wear your Mala throughout the day, it serves as a constant reminder of your intentions. To ignite this connection, I incorporate an aura cleansing exercise, Reiki, mediation, Oracle card reading or a combination of these within the workshop.
